Refund policy

This return policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

Each ART o LUNA canvas is printed and produced to order specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for an incorrect selection of design, size, or color. However, if your order arrives damaged, is not the item you ordered, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right as described below.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@artolunagallery.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once confirmed, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement, at no additional cost to you. Original shipping fees ($4.95) are refunded in full in these cases. If we ask you to send the item back, we will cover the return shipping.

2. Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, contact us at support@artolunagallery.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. Once confirmed, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement of the correct item, including all shipping costs, at no additional cost to you.

3. Orders That Do Not Arrive

If your order has not arrived, please contact us at support@artolunagallery.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

  • If tracking does not show the package as delivered (lost or delayed in transit): we will arrange a free reshipment or a full refund.
  • If tracking shows the package as delivered, but you have not received it: please first check with other members of your household, your neighbors, and your building's mailroom or reception, as carriers sometimes scan a package before the final drop-off. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Once the carrier confirms the package was not delivered to the correct address, we will provide a free reshipment or a full refund.

4. What Is Not Eligible

We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind, or the item is no longer wanted
  • Ordered the wrong design, size, or color
  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear after delivery
  • Requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery (or after the expected delivery date)

5. How to Start a Claim

Before sending any item back, please contact our support team first at support@artolunagallery.com or by phone at +1 (607) 247-0550. In many cases, we can resolve your issue without a return, saving you time and shipping costs. If a return is required, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions. Returns are accepted by mail only.

6. Refunds

Once your claim is confirmed (and, where a return is requested, once we receive and inspect the item), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
  • Refund Processing Time: It may take up to 14 days for the refund to be completed after we confirm the claim or receive the returned item.
  • Shipping Costs: For damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-delivered items, the original shipping fee ($4.95) is refunded in full.
