1. Order Processing and Delivery Estimates

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. The estimated delivery time shown at checkout (3-8 business days) already includes order processing.

Order Cut-off Time: 4:00 PM (ET) / 10:00 PM (CET), Monday to Friday.
Processing Time: 1-4 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time: 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday).
Estimated Total Delivery: 3-8 business days (Monday to Friday), processing included.

2. Shipping Destinations and Tracking

We currently ship to the United States and Germany.

Couriers Used: UPS, USPS, and regional carriers depending on your delivery country.
Tracking: A tracking number is included with every order and provided once your item ships.

3. Shipping Costs

Flat Rate Shipping: $4.99 per order.
Free Shipping: Available on all orders of $59.00 or more.
All amounts are shown in USD. If you shop in another currency, prices and shipping costs are automatically converted and shown at checkout.

All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before final payment.

4. Damaged, Missing, or Non-Delivered Items

Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos. Confirmed cases receive a full refund or a free replacement.
Tracking Shows "Delivered" but Not Received: Please first check with other members of your household, your neighbors, and your building's mailroom or reception, as carriers sometimes scan a package before the final drop-off. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Package Does Not Arrive: If tracking does not show your order as delivered, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will arrange a free reshipment or a full refund.
