1. Order Processing and Delivery Estimates
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. The estimated delivery time shown at checkout (3-8 business days) already includes order processing.
- Order Cut-off Time: 4:00 PM (EST), Monday to Friday.
- Processing (Handling) Time: 1-4 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit Time: 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated Total Delivery: 3-8 business days (Monday to Friday), processing included.
2. Shipping Methods and Fulfillment
We currently ship exclusively to destinations within the United States of America.
- Couriers Used: UPS (primarily), USPS
- Tracking: A tracking number is included with every order and provided once your item ships.
- Fulfillment: Orders are fulfilled in collaboration with trusted fulfillment partners located in the United States.
3. Shipping Costs
- Flat Rate Shipping: $4.99 per order.
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders of $60.00 or more.
All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before final payment.
4. Damaged, Missing, or Non-Delivered Items
- Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos. Confirmed cases receive a full refund or a free replacement.
- Tracking Shows "Delivered" but Not Received: Please first check with other members of your household, your neighbors, and your building's mailroom or reception, as carriers sometimes scan a package before the final drop-off. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
- Package Does Not Arrive: If tracking does not show your order as delivered, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will arrange a free reshipment or a full refund.
