We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled in collaboration with production and fulfillment partners located in the United States. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss for items passes to you upon delivery to your address. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist you as described in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for an incorrect selection of design, size, or color. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, is not the item you ordered, or does not arrive, you may request a remedy within 14 days.
